We offer intro/orientation sessions 1-2 times before each 7 week group. The intro gives you one of the key skills in the method and the opportunity to see if this training is something that you think would be personally useful.

Q. Am I entitled to a brief complimentary phone or zoom session?
A. Yes! If you're interested in any of our services, we're happy (and in fact recommend) a brief complimentary 15-20 min session to learn more about the service, identify what you want, and to answer your questions.
Q. Do you bill insurance or only accept out of pocket payment?
A. We accept out of pocket payment via Zelle, venmo, or check. We can provide you with a receipt you can submit to your insurer.
